Deck closing system for Cargo Hold.

FOLDING / MULTI-FOLDING HATCH COVER
Single folding pairs and Multi-folding pairs are available.
Folding pair, operated by external hydraulic cylinders attached to the end arms at hold end.
Multi-folding pairs consist of an end-folding pair connected to one or two trailing pair(s).
Application: Bulk Carriers / Containerships / Multi-Purpose Vessels / General Cargo Ships
SINGLE FLAP HATCH COVER
Single panel (pivot-type), operated by external hydraulic cylinders attached to the end arms at hold end.
Application: Small Containerships / Multi-Purpose Vessels
SIDE ROLLING HATCH COVER
One or two panels will be lifted-up and roll on track way to the vessels‘ side
Various modes and types are available. Electric – driven panels are available as well.
Application: Bulk Carriers / VLOC / OBO
PIGGY-BACK HATCH COVER
Panels will be lifted / stacked on top of each other and roll on track way in longitudinal direction.
Application: Multi-Purpose Vessels
LIFT ON / OFF HATCH COVER
Panels to be lifted on/off by crane (via Spreader or Lifting Gear).
Application: Containerships / Multi-Purpose Vessels (weatherdeck and/or tweendeck)
RO-RO ACCESS EQUIPMENT
Access Equipment like ramps, doors, covers and hoistable decks for rolling cargoes
Most of the equipments are available with fully electric-drive as well!
BOW DOOR / RAMP
Side swinging bow door consisting of two shell sections. When opened, the folding ramp behind the bow door can spread out and lay onto the quay as a passage.
Application: RoRo / RoPax / Ferries
STERN RAMP
Cargo access to the vessel. Fits to the vessels‘ stern part and connects the ship with the quay or sea.

QUARTER RAMP
Cargo access to the vessel suitable for all type of vehicles.
Fits to the vessels‘ quarter part and connects the ship with the quay.

SIDE RAMP
Ramp located at side shell of the vessel suitable for cars, lorries and forklifts.

HOISTABLE DECK
Movable deck hoisted by jigger winch wire-system to adjust the loading height.

End-hinged ramp between two decks with end/side-hinged cover on deck level.

INTERNAL / EXTERNAL DOOR
Door with hydraulic or electric operation system suitable for multi-purpose usage.
It can be top/side/bottom hinged or vertical/horizontal sliding.

WINDLASS / MOORING WINCH
Windlasses and mooring winches apply for all kind of vessels.
Windlass with chain diameter ranging from 42 mm to 152 mm.
Mooring winches with nominal force ranging from 100 kN to 500 kN.

CSSC Huahai visited Shipowners in Germany and Norway in November 2025
From November 17th to 25th, 2025, a high level delegation from CSSC Huahai visited Germany, Sweden and Norway to meet with important customers and to discuss with CSSC Huahai’s local representatives.

PCTC Successful delivery +1 & „Excellent Supplier“ Award +1
Recently, the second 7,500 Unit LNG PCTC (Pure Car Truck Carrier) with Ro-Ro access equipment supplied by CSSC Huahai for Japanese Shipowner SANTOKU named “GUANG WU KOU” (Hull No:XSI463L), was successfully delivered at Xiamen Shipbuilding Industry Co.,Ltd (XSI). Concurrently, CSSC Huahai was honored with the title of “Excellent Supplier” by XSI.
