Together with our partners at CSSC Huahai Co., Ltd. we offer the full range of conversion / modernization / upgrade / retrofit services to shipowners. We offer genuine spare parts for the installed base of CSSC Huahai / TTS Huahai.

HUAHAI MARINE (Europe) GmbH
The company is located in Bremen / Germany and was established in 2023. We represent CSSC Huahai Marine Co., Ltd. (formerly TTS Huahai) based on a longterm cooperation agreement and we act as contact point for European shipowners for newbuilding projects in China.
A/S Services for the installed fleets of CSSC Huahai / TTS Huahai are provided as well. We have qualified service personnel and we plan to establish stock facilities in Europe in the near future.
The company is owned and managed by Mr Holger Elies (born 1964), who has wide experience in the shipping / shipbuilding industry and in the product and service range offered. He worked as Chairman of TTS Huahai (now CSSC Huahai) in Shanghai for many years until 2018 and knows the Chinese collegues and culture well.
CSSC HUAHAI MARINE Co., Ltd. („CSSC Huahai“)
CSSC Hua Hai Marine Co.,Ltd (hereinafter called as “CSSC Huahai“), was established in 1986 as part of the CSSC- Shipbuilding Group and the business scope includes the research & development, design, manufacturing, sales and services for hatch covers, RoRo equipments, lashing systems and windlass / mooring winches. The company is based in Shanghai and enjoys an outstanding market reputation in China.
In June 1998,CSSC Huahai established the Joint Venture “TTS Huahai“ with TTS Marine AB (now part of MacGregor). The JV developed business in China with brand and IP of TTS (former Kvaerner and Hamworthy) and was dissolved end of 2021. Since then, CSSC Huahai has continued as an independent maker under its own brand name „HUAHAI“.
Through more than 30 years of innovation and experience, CSSC Huahai has developed independent design capability for its product range, formed a complete and reliable supply chain in a mature and smooth operation mode and built a well-set service engineer team featuring quick-response and timely problem-solving.
Today, CSSC Huahai has a total workforce of more than 100 employees and is the leading supplier of hatch covers and one of the leading suppliers of Ro-Ro Equipment and Windlass / Mooring Winches in China.
