CSSC Huahai Earns Dual Accolades for XSI’s 7,500 Unit LNG Dual-Fuel PCTC Project
CSSC Huahai has received a letter of appreciation from Shipowner SANTOKU SHIPPING’s site team for the 7,500 Unit LNG dual‑fuel PCTC project, following its “Excellent Supplier” award from Xiamen Shipbuilding (XSI) for 2024. These recognitions affirm our reliability, efficiency, and commitment to “More Reliable, More Efficient.”
Seamless Delivery Through Teamwork
This first Ro‑Ro cooperation with SANTOKU SHIPPING covers six vessels. Despite tight schedules and high quality standards, our dedicated project team established efficient tripartite communication (shipyard, owner, suppliers). Four shipsets are delivered and commissioned and the remaining vessels’ work stays on schedule.
Innovative Technology
Leveraging 40+ years of expertise, our design team developed a full electric Ro‑Ro system (ramps, movable ramps, hoistable decks) with digitally controlled, intelligent loading/unloading. Low‑energy optimization enhances both operational efficiency and environmental performance, showcasing “Intelligent Manufacturing in China.”
Supply Chain Excellence
Managing parallel production across six vessels, our procurement team coordinated end‑to‑end flows-production, inspection, shipping-achieving single‑pass joint acceptance for all equipment categories, ensuring stable quality and on‑time delivery.
Rigorous Quality Control
With lean quality principles and full‑chain supplier management, we embedded process transparency and on‑site oversight, eliminating defects at source. All delivered equipment passed multi‑party acceptance with outstanding stability
24/7 Service Support
Service engineers provided round‑the‑clock support during installation and commissioning, handling multiple vessels simultaneously and resolving design‑change challenges through collaborative on‑board validation, ensuring smooth Ro‑Ro operations.
Forward Look
These honors drive us to continue innovating and enhancing services, strengthening our core competitiveness and contributing to the upgrading of China’s shipbuilding industry.
