In May 2025, CSSC Huahai organized a nearly 20-day specialized training program in China for technicians from overseas service stations, including those in Sweden and Turkey.

Through multi-dimensional training methods such as theoretical lectures, on-board practical operations, and factory training, the program systematically enhanced the overseas teams‘ full-process service capabilities for core products like hatch covers, Ro-Ro access equipment and windlass / mooring winches. This initiative builds a professional talent pipeline to support CSSC Huahai’s commitment to deliver its „24-hour global response“ promise for Services.

Addressing the global talent shortage of Ro-Ro access equipment operation and maintenance, the training specifically strengthened capabilities in this field. Simulated fault scenarios and practical drills were used to intensively cultivate engineers‘ understanding of electrical control principles and emergency response abilities. Trainees are now developing a service mindset centered on „Quick Response-Precise Diagnosis-Efficient Resolution,“ improving their capabilities gradually.
During the training, participants also visited our strategic supplier partners. They gained insights into manufacturing processes and spare parts stocking mechanisms and took part in activities like windlass & mooring winch manufacturing, assembly and testing. By observing closely, the overseas teams directly experienced CSSC HuaHai’s supply chain responsiveness and quality control capabilities, further boosting their confidence in operating complex equipment.
