CSSC Huahai goes all out to ensure High-Quality Performance and continuous Improvement

On Feb.21, 2025, in alignment with the Strategic Guidelines of CSSC Group and to reinforce a company-wide commitment to quality, CSSC Huahai convened its Annual Quality Conference. The meeting reviewed 2024 quality performance, outlined 2025 quality measures and addressed the challenges for „ensuring high-quality delivery“.

The Conference was held in a combination of on-site and online forms. Members of the management and persons in charge of the quality line attended on-site. Other employees participated through the online meeting system. More than 100 employees participated in the Conference.

 

CSSC HUAHAI Quality Meeting

At the meeting, the CTO of CSSC Huahai and the Manager of the Quality & Safety Department, respectively made summaries and reports on the company’s quality work in 2024. From in-production products to after-sales feedback, the overall quality situation was comprehensively evaluated. Typical quality cases were listed one by one. The company’s chief experts (hydraulic and electrical), the relevant persons in charge of the Quality & Safety Department and the Engineering Department further analyzed the technical and management problems exposed in the process. Using data as a tool, they addressed the essence of the problems, and formulated a comprehensive solution of „design standardization + strong process control + full-coverage traceability“. From the aspects of optimizing design, strengthening cooperation, improving inspection procedures and strictly testing and checking, multiple measures were taken to ensure the reliability and stability of CSSC Huahai’s products.

The Meeting pointed out:

2025 is a pivotal year for CSSC Huahai to „ensure high – quality delivery“. Facing challenges such as possible quality problems of newly introduced products and the possible increased number of quality problems overseas, as the delivered products are in global operation, CSSC Huahai must enhance the quality awareness of all employees and attach great importance to quality work.

The Meeting required:

In 2025, all departments must implement targeted improvements to enhance HUAHAI’s quality capabilities. Starting from the company itself, together with suppliers and shipyards, the three parties should jointly promote the quality improvement work. Internally, it is necessary to strengthen the communication of design & quality information. Externally, it is necessary to maintain close contact with customers, respond to needs in a timely manner, inform in advance about possible problems and continuously do a good job in the control of the quality process and the traceability and closure of problems.

The Meeting emphasized:

All employees of CSSC Huahai should further unify their thinking, identify problems, strengthen confidence and improve understanding. Continuously adhere to the companies’ quality policy of „exquisite technology, reliable products, efficient service and customer satisfaction“. In this way to promote the high-quality development of the company with solid quality work.
